In the podcast, Bob’s experience as a lead property inspector was reviewed. He has personally been a part of approximately 7,000 home inspections and 4,000 commercial building inspections. Beginning all the way back at the age of 2, he knew he wanted to work in some capacity in the construction industry. In his pursuit of excellence, he earned four years of experience under three different trades, all playing integral parts in his career as a property inspector.
Not being a person to sit on the sidelines, Bob has pride in saying that he has done hands-on construction work in all the major areas of an inspection. He is a great team player and leader, lending his talents and knowledge to whoever asks for help.
The podcast also discussed a few stories from the industry and common questions property inspectors hear. Bob discussed a $35,000 mistake a property buyer could have sidestepped with his company’s help, how Commercial Real Estate Inspectors helped another property owner save about $30,000, and why professional inspections should be included on every commercial property lease. He also discussed an innovative inspection report that can reveal all current problems with a property and how they will probably generate costs throughout the next five years.
